Perek Yomi - A Chapter A Day
Read a chapter a day from the Bible, then participate twice a month to discuss the readings with Rabbi Selch and others.  Contact the office now to be added to the email list!  The cycle began Thursday October 5.  Here is the schedule of readings. And here is the schedule of meetings.

Thursday April 17, 7:30 am - service for firstborns
Thursday April 17 - b'dikat chametz in the evening
Saturday April 19 - 9 am, 5:45 pm, 1st seder
Sunday April 20 - holiday service 9 am, 5:45 pm, 2nd seder
Monday April 21 - holiday service 9 am, 5:45 pm
Saturday April 26 - holiday service 9 am, 5:45 pm
Sunday April 27 - holiday service 9 am, 5:45 pm

Thursday April 24, 6-7:30 pm
Annual Youth Commission Matzah Brie dinner, 6-7:30 pm.  General Board meeting to follow - all congregants are invited!

Wednesday April 30
Light your Men's Club Yom Ha'Shoah candle. Candles are available in the office for $6.

2008 Twin Cities Yom Ha'Shoah Commemoration - Temple of Aaron

Saturday May 3
Men's Club Shabbat

Sunday May 4 (reservations due by Friday April 25)
Pre-Mother's Day Breakfast, sponsored by the Men's Club. Moms and Grandmoms are free with a paying relative ($5).

Monday May 7, 5-9 pm
Community-wide Yom Ha'atzmaut celebration, HHH Metrodome. B'nai Emet will be sponsoring a booth and we need volunteers. Contact the office for more info.

Monday May 12
USY Final Banquet. Honor the seniors, install the new Board members for 2008-2009. Open to all congregants.
