B'nai Emet -> Departments -> Women's League -> Recipes -> PassoverSauce Ingredients: 2 medium onions, chopped Meatball Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef2 T. onion powder, or one chopped onion 1 T. garlic powder, or one chopped clove of garlic Salt and pepper 1 egg, beaten 1 potato, grated Directions: Combine sauce ingredients and cook while preparing meatballs. Combine meatball ingredients and form into small meatballs. Add meatballs to simmering sauce. Lower heat and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. |
