Land of Milk and Honey Cheesecake

We were promised a land of milk and honey; here is the ultimate cake to commemorate that promise.

1 pound cream cheese
¾ cup of honey
3 slightly beaten eggs
¼ t. salt
2 cups milk
1 T. lemon rind
1 T. orange juice
2 t. cinnamon
1 10-inch graham cracker pie crust
Strawberries for garnish

Mix honey, eggs, salt and milk.  Cream the cream cheese until soft.  Slowly blend in the honey mixture and then add the lemon rind, orange juice, and cinnamon.  Pour into the pie crust and bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.  Reduce the heat to 300 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.  Cool; garnish with strawberries.
