Sale Notice for Bnai Emet Building

B’Nai Emet Synagogue, a Minnesota non profit corporation, (Seller) offers its property at 3115 Ottawa Avenue South, Saint Louis, Park, Minnesota for sale. The property consists of approximately 2.25 acres and includes the synagogue building of approximately 28,000 square feet), a caretaker’s home, and a separate parking lot to the east of the main building. The Seller provides a title commitment, Phase I and soil borings of the property, a mold inspection report, the inspection from the City of Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, tax statements, an aerial photograph from Hennepin County of the three parcels offered for sale, and a purchase agreement. Inspections of the property may be scheduled on or after September 12, 2011, by contacting Neil Meyer at nmeyer@meyernjus.com or (612) 630-3232. Certain items of significance to the former congregation will not be included in the sale.

The Seller is soliciting offers through 5:00 PM Minneapolis time, Monday, November 7, 2011, and will be actively reviewing offers from all interested parties. The Seller encourages prospective purchasers to complete the purchase agreement provided at the web site and submit it to the Seller at:
