Off We Go

You will receive a field trip permission slip with the details of the excursion before each trip.  This must be signed and returned to your child’s teacher prior to the field trip.  You will be notified of the purpose and destination of the field trip as well as the expected departure and return time, the method of transportation, and the name and title of the staff person present and in charge of the field trip.

On field trips, our staff takes along emergency phone numbers for parents, the number of the person to be called if a parent can’t be reached, the number of the pediatrician, and a first aid kit.  Parents driving for authorized field trips must be covered by their own insurance.  When parents drive on field trips, all children must be in seatbelts; there is no exception to this policy.
